Bell pep­per
Olive oil

Gar­lic powder

Slice onion and bell pep­per thin
Sauté in olive oil
Add 1 Tbsp ore­gano
Add ½ Tbsp gar­lic pow­der or one sli­ced gar­lic clove
Pinch, one pinch
1 tsp salt
Assemble

Sau­sage – cook low (crispy)
