Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 large cans of crushed tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 large onion,chopped
1 T olive oil
1 lb. box of pasta noodles
On medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil in large pot. Cook onions and garlic until onions are tender. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic and then drain fat. Return meat and onions to pot and add cans of crushed tomatoes. Fill one of the large cans with water and add that to the sauce. Add can of tomato paste. Add sugar, oregano, and salt and pepper. Let simmer on low heat for an hour. Serve over noodles.
