Shepherd’s Pie

1 lb ground tur­key
Onion, 1 chop­ped
Mush­room soup, 2 cans
Green beans, 2 cans drai­ned
Dehy­dra­ted pota­toes (serve 6–8)
Gra­ted cheese

Make mashed potatoes

Brown beef in onions
Add mush­room soup
Sim­mer together

Layer above mix­ture on a 9X12 baking dish
Add layer of green beans
Smooth pota­toes on top
Sprin­kle with gra­ted cheese

Bake in oven at 350 degrees to warm and melt cheese
