Salmon
Cajun blackened seasoning
(optional)
Soy sauce
Molasses
Cast iron skillet on BBQ. Get very hot
Add olive oil
Cajon blackened seasoning on one side of salmon
Sear seasoned side down with blackened seasoning
Remove. Place in aluminum foil pocket.
Lightly season top side
Lots of lemon juice
Seal. Poke one small hole.
Put back on grill, low heat. BBQ for 6 1/2 minutes.
