Sal­mon
Cajun blac­ke­ned seasoning

(optio­nal)
Soy sauce
Molasses

Cast iron ski­llet on BBQ. Get very hot
Add olive oil

Cajon blac­ke­ned sea­so­ning on one side of sal­mon
Sear sea­so­ned side down with blac­ke­ned seasoning

Remove. Place in alu­mi­num foil poc­ket.
Lightly sea­son top side
Lots of lemon juice
Seal. Poke one small hole.
Put back on grill, low heat. BBQ for 6 1/2 minutes.
