Mrs. Maune’s Ribs

Bake ribs prior to adding ingredients.
Cover with foil
3 racks = 350º @ 2 ½ hours
2 racks= 90 + minutes @ 350º
Marinate overnight or for several hours.
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup of ketchup
1/4 cu of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. of celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
Mix ingredients together,
Baste sauce onto ribs after you bake, let them sit and refrigerate until the next day
Barbecue the ribs and baste on the sauce onto them again as you bbq.
