Mrs. Maune’s Ribs

Bake ribs prior to adding ingredients.

Cover with foil

3 racks = 350º @ 2 ½ hours
2 racks= 90 + minu­tes @ 350º

Mari­nate over­night or for seve­ral hours.

2 cups brown sugar
1 cup of ketchup
1/4 cu of Wor­ces­tershire sauce
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. of celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp chili pow­der
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke

Mix ingre­dients together,
Baste sauce onto ribs after you bake, let them sit and refri­ge­rate until the next day

Bar­be­cue the ribs and baste on the sauce onto them again as you bbq.
