Chic­ken coo­ked and shred­ded about 1.5 lbs (I use the majo­rity of a Costco chic­ken)
1 can of cream of chic­ken soup
1 can of cream of mush­room soup
1 small can of diced chi­lies
1 can of drai­ned oli­ves
Chop­ped bell pep­pers, any color
10 shred­ded corn tor­ti­llas
1 chopped/sautéed onion
any other veg­gies you would deem appropriate.

Mix together, lay in 9x13 cas­se­role pan and layer with shred­ded cheese.

There is usually enough to make a small 8X8 pan as well

Cook at 400º for about 15 minu­tes, or until war­med through

Top with sour cream
