Guacamole

1 avocado
1 jalapeno pepper
1 garlic clove
cilantro (quarter of a bunch, ends of stems removed)
lemon juice
salt to taste
When making in small quantities, I prefer to finely chop the avocados and cilantro, grate or grind the pepper and garlic so it gets mixed thoroughly, then add the salt and lemon to taste.
When making large quantities, I placed the avocados in a food processor and use the chopping blade. I grind the peppers, cilantro, and garlic in a blender.
