Guacamole

1 avo­cado
1 jala­peno pep­per
1 gar­lic clove
cilan­tro (quar­ter of a bunch, ends of stems remo­ved)
lemon juice
salt to taste

When making in small quan­ti­ties, I pre­fer to finely chop the avo­ca­dos and cilan­tro, grate or grind the pep­per and gar­lic so it gets mixed tho­roughly, then add the salt and lemon to taste.

When making large quan­ti­ties, I pla­ced the avo­ca­dos in a food pro­ces­sor and use the chop­ping blade. I grind the pep­pers, cilan­tro, and gar­lic in a blender.
