Crepes

1 cup flour
1 1/3 cup milk (room tem­pe­ra­ture)
2 eggs
1 TBS sugar
1 TBS mel­ted but­ter
Pinch salt

(5) Granny Smith apples
¼ cup brown sugar
2 sha­kes cin­na­mon
2 TBS sugar
1 ½ TBS butter

Car­mel syrup
Whip cream
Powe­red sugar
Tur­key sausage

For cre­pes, mix milk and flour
Add eggs, sugar, but­ter, and salt
Sepa­rate bowl – melt but­ter
Heat pan to medium heat
½ TBS but­ter to pan
1/3 cup bat­ter to pan
Swirl around
It’s ready to flip when I shake the pan and it moves
Makes about 8 crepes

For apples, mix apple ingre­dients.
Cook in a saucepan.
