Chicken on a Blanket

1 pkg (10 oz) fro­zen spi­nach or broc­coli, defros­ted
1 cup rice, coo­ked
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup shred­ded Mon­te­rey jack cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp gar­lic salt
1/2 cup Par­me­san cheese
2 cups coo­ked, cubed chic­ken or tur­key
1/4 cup crushed cereal, like Spe­cial K, Corn­fla­kes, Wheaties

Spread rice on bot­tom of 9 X 13 pan. Defrost broc­coli or spi­nach. Spread on top of rice.

To make sauce, blend cream cheese, milk, Mon­te­rey jack cheese, salt, gar­lic salt, and half the Par­me­san cheese together in small glass bowl. Mic­ro­wave 2 minu­tes, sti­rring often.

Spread 1/2 sauce on top of vege­ta­bles. Add chic­ken. Add remai­ning sauce. Sprin­kle remai­ning Par­me­san cheese and cereal on the top.
