28 oz. Of cream cheese
mix thoroughly with
3 eggs
then add
32 oz. Of sour cream
mix then add
2 cups (aprox.) of sugar
1 tb of vanilla
<1 ts of salt
mix until no chunks remain
The Crust
Mash about 3 bags of graham crackers into crumbs and mix melted butter into crust for your desired moistness. Line pie tin’s with gram cracker/butter mixture and pour the mix in. This recipe makes 3–4 pies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25–30 minutes or until the edges become golden. You may bake more than one pie at a time.
Take out and refrigerate then add your desired toppings.
