28 oz. Of cream cheese
mix tho­roughly with
3 eggs
then add
32 oz. Of sour cream
mix then add
2 cups (aprox.) of sugar
1 tb of vani­lla
<1 ts of salt
mix until no chunks remain

The Crust

Mash about 3 bags of graham crac­kers into crumbs and mix mel­ted but­ter into crust for your desi­red moist­ness. Line pie tin’s with gram cracker/butter mix­ture and pour the mix in. This recipe makes 3–4 pies.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25–30 minu­tes or until the edges become gol­den. You may bake more than one pie at a time.

Take out and refri­ge­rate then add your desi­red toppings.
