Dark Meat as much as nee­ded
Gar­lic pow­der
Onion pow­der
Ita­lian bread crumbs (one cup)
Par­me­san cheese, freshly gra­ted (1/2 cup)

Com­bine bread crumbs, Par­me­san cheese, gar­lic pow­der and onion powder.

Lightly coat one side of the chic­ken with but­ter. Coat chic­ken with mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
