You are cracking me up! I think it is so disgusting too, but really it’s not. All it does is clean out your cilia(hair follicles) in your sinus area. I have to say that although I’m still stuffy and a bit snotty from the cold, I have zero sinus headache. I’m sold.

I am completely sold on this idea too but I have yet to invest in the actual nettie pot. I was taught to snort saline solution up your nose with a teaspoon. It is so painful but man does it help! I hope it brings you relief.
