Recipe Gathering


1 lb ground turkey
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp Allspice
2 eggs
dash dry mustard

Combine all ingredients
Put into shallow baking dish

Bake 1 hour 350 degrees
Serves 6

1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
(optional) 3 slices of raw bacon finely chopped salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Don’t be shy.( I like it without the bacon)
2 cups of Special K
Sprinkle with 2 tb of butter

Mix together and pour into9×13 casserole. Top with crushed potato chips, dry cereal or croutons. Sprinkle the top with 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

As much skinless chicken (thighs-I prefer) as you want.

Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian bread crumbs (one cup)
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (1/2 cup)

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder.

Lightly coat one side of the chicken with butter. Coat chicken with mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

TACO SOUP

1 lb ground turkey

2 packs of taco seasoning

2 cans of black beans

1 can corn (I used frozen)

2 cans dark kidney beans

2 cans light kidney beans

Brown turkey in deep pot and drain. Pour in all cans and add taco seasoning. Cover and let simmer for a few hours.
