Caboodles

So, Hubby and I have a very small bathroom and are always vying for more space. I, of course, dominate in this game. My lotions, hairbrushes, makeup etc. take up much more room than his razor, toothbrush, lotion and cologne. Well, I’ve found as I continue to expand, our bathroom gets increasingly smaller.

That being said, I’m writing a post about a very embarrassing subject. One that I’ll write about once, and never again.… Ladies, you remember them, pink plastic, sparkley, canisters you kept your most prized possessions in, when you were nine? That’s right. The Caboodles.

Well, I went to Walmart the other day and bought one, at age thirty. I said it; I went to Walmart, bought a Caboodles, brought it home and made it my own. For me. At thirty. There, I said it, and feel so much better! It’s named “Rockstar!” by Caboodles, of course, not me.

The really cool thing is that for only $2.00 I can get a personalized nameplate sent to me! You’ve just figured out what to get me for Easter this year!

Or even better yet, you could get me this great sweatshirt!

Here are a few before and after shots of my junk and how well it is organized now.

I’ve said what I needed to say, and I’m done. :-)

Thanks for stopping by my place! You have such a cute family.

I am not-so-secretly a fan of all kinds of containers, Caboodles and otherwise.

Nanette! When I read the title of that blog and then the first sentence I thought “caboodles” was some kind of husband/wife thing in the small bathroom! I was relieved to see that you were simply talking about a storage box! I used to love those things! Maybe you’ve inspired me to revisit those days!
