Aunt Diane’s Potato Casserole

1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
(optional) 3 slices of raw bacon finely chopped salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Don’t be shy.( I like it without the bacon)
2 cups of Special K
Sprinkle with 2 tb of butter
Mix together and pour into9x13 casserole. Top with crushed potato chips, dry cereal or croutons. Sprinkle the top with 2–3 tablespoons of melted butter.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
