1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mush­room soup
1/2 cup shred­ded sharp ched­dar cheese
(optio­nal) 3 sli­ces of raw bacon finely chop­ped salt, pep­per and gar­lic pow­der to taste. Don’t be shy.( I like it without the bacon)
2 cups of Spe­cial K
Sprin­kle with 2 tb of butter

Mix together and pour into9x13 cas­se­role. Top with crushed potato chips, dry cereal or crou­tons. Sprin­kle the top with 2–3 tables­poons of mel­ted but­ter.
Bake at 375 for 45 minu­tes. Ser­ves 6 to 8.
