Smiling Mom

This mor­ning BC asked, as he does every stin­king morning:

BC: Hey, mom?   Do you have thoooose, you know, little round things called.…. Cheerios??

SM:Why yes, BC, as a mat­ter of fact, I DO have ‘those little round things called Cheerios’.

So I sat BC and eClaire at the cof­fee table with their dear friends Franklin,Dora, & Diego for their mor­ning pow-wow.

This mor­ning BC was eating hap­pily, with eClaire sit­ting next to her.  All of the sud­den he jum­ped up.

BC: Hey, mommy?  I gotta go potty.  Can you keep an eye on eClaire for me?

SM: Sure honey.

BC: OK, thanks!

They fight like cats and dogs some days, but times like this give me a glimpse into the future.  I can see the type of man BC’s going to be.  He’s a pro­tec­tor by nature.

And I smile.

He just warms my heart sometimes.

And I am proud.

A few have asked if and how much we, those who didn’t attend, want to hear about your trips.

I want to hear!  I want to see pic­tu­res.  And I want you to iden­tify the pic­tu­res.  Please?

But mostly, I’d like to see a wrap up (bullet point pre­fe­rebly) of the most impor­tant things you learned.

Is that asking too much?

That’s right.  I said it.  He has cele­brity gos­sip upda­tes, daily, hourly, buy the minute.  My Goo­gle rea­der is never empty.

Just today I lear­ned some very impor­tant infor­ma­tion.  Brit­ney Spears mom and sis­ter flew to Las Vegas, with K-Fed’s bles­sing, to meet with Britney’s brother to dis­cuss Britney’s babies futures.

Very impor­tant.

Really, what could be more impor­tant in this day in age?  War?  phhsh.  The upco­ming pre­si­den­tial elec­tions?  phhsh.  Clea­ning my house?  puha-leese.

Now this new love is almost more ridi­cu­lous than my love for Big Brother 8! (which I also thing is awesome!)

Seriously, after lear­ning this bit of infor­ma­tion about me, who really wants to be my friend?

BlogHer is upon us and many have left their blogs to attend.  So today I too will take a break.  Harry and I have a date.
